As the CPWF is coming to an end in late 2013, the time has come to carefully plan documentation and learning for the end of phase 2 and to develop a list of outputs from the program as a whole and from individual basins. In order to reach this objective, a series of 'online learning and documentation meetings' is being organized from September to November 2012.
The terms of reference of the meeting are available here:
The first meeting took place on 10 September. It focused on taking stock of progress so far in each basin, looking at constraints/challenges and opportunities and it explored also opportunities for cross-basin work. All presentations developed were shared on this temporary page.

Online meeting #2: action planning
The next meeting is scheduled for 10 October. It will focus on the action plans of the VBDC and GBDC as test cases to help other basins too. In the second part of the meeting, we will focus more closely on cross-basin work and how to get ourselves organized.
Online meeting #3: review and action
In that last meeting, probably scheduled in November, basin leaders will come to hear the individual plans from each basin team.
